What is it anyway?I don't know either whether it is spyware, virus or worm.But all i can tell is that the symptom.When you restart your computer a command prompt will pop out and not a single command prompt but a couple of command prompt.
To remove this:
1.Go to folder option.
2.Show hidden files.
3.Go to C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temp.
4.Find all file name Cn9.
5.Delete all.
