Is this just another rumor?
According to Digitimes (Cupertino-based company), Apple has ordered about 100 million flash memory from Samsung, in the dainty size of 8Gb.
Why does this matter to us (as a consumer)?
Well, as a consumer we assume that Apple will release a new iPhone this year.
The chips are combined during the manufacturing process, to create sized devices.
