ShareAlarmPro have problem when it is come to save the internet protocol(ip) that need to be blocked.I dont know if it is because I am using vista.But if it so, to fix this problem:
Go to C:>Program Files>Nsasoft>ShareAlarmPro
or just go where you install this software.
Create this file bList.cfg.That where the black list files are create.
***This feature only available when you buy the product or crack.
***The black list file will be reset after you restart your computer.
