sy.exe is it a virus???

I just found a new virus yesterday when i repaired a laptop.The name of the virus is sy.exe.Before that there is a folder that i forget the name but as i remembered the folder name is rmsb or something like that.Oooo.I forget to tell where this virus is located.It is located at the folder Windows.So good luck findig it.
Before that untick the hidden operating system file.Search for icon like internet explorer but the name is sy.exe.That is the virus.
